Job Title: Accountant

Location: Halol, Gujarat (Plant-based role)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 2–6 years of relevant experience to manage accounting, taxation, and compliance for our solar manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling statutory requirements, and supporting management with timely reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Zoho/ERP system.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, and other statutory compliance filings in coordination with consultants.
  • Ensure timely bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
  • Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
  • Manage inventory accounting and coordinate with the store/production team.
  • Assist in preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, and audit schedules.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities as required.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Com / M.Com / Inter CA / MBA Finance.
  • 2–6 years of accounting experience (preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup).
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho / SAP or equivalent ERP system.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Halol, Gujarat (Plant-based role)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR & Admin Executive to support day-to-day HR and administrative activities at our solar module manufacturing plant. The role will involve handling employee records, attendance, recruitment support, compliance documentation, and general administration to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
  • Assist in recruitment activities – posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll processing by sharing attendance and leave data with accounts/payroll team.
  • Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.) in coordination with HR Manager.

Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration at the plant (stationery, housekeeping, canteen, transport coordination).
  • Vendor coordination for plant-related admin services (security, housekeeping, etc.).
  • Maintain records for visitors, contractors, and vendors entering the plant premises.
  • Assist in safety & compliance documentation for audits.
  • Support management in general plant administration tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, or related field).
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR/Admin (manufacturing/plant experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR processes and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Compensation:

  • As per industry standards for entry-level HR/Admin roles in manufacturing.
